1. What we make

TinyTalers creates personalized, AI-illustrated hardcover children’s storybooks. You upload a photo of a child, choose a story and art style, and we generate a one-of-a-kind illustrated book featuring that child as the hero. The book is then printed on premium 160gsm matte paper with Smyth-sewn binding and shipped to you.

2. Pricing and payment

• Digital edition (PDF): $9.99 USD. Instant download after checkout. No shipping.
• Hardcover edition: $44.99 USD + a flat $12 shipping (US, CA, UK, EU, AU). Includes the digital PDF.
• Extra copies of the same hardcover are 50% off.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Prices may change, but any order placed is locked at the price shown at checkout.

3. Delivery timeline

After you approve your preview and complete payment:

• Printing: 3-5 business days.
• Shipping: 2-3 business days (domestic US). International orders add 4-6 business days.
• Total delivery: typically 5-7 business days from the time you place your order.

We’ll send tracking info to your email as soon as the book ships. If your book hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

4. Refund policy

We want you to love the book. If you don’t, here’s how it works:

• Not happy? Email us at hello@tinytalers.com within 30 days of receiving the book. We’ll make it right — whether that means a reprint, a new book, or a full refund.
• Damaged in transit?Send us a photo of the damage and we’ll ship a replacement at no cost.
• Preview approval.You get a free digital preview of every page before you pay. We encourage you to review it carefully. Once you approve and we print, refunds for “I changed my mind” are at our discretion — but we’re reasonable people.

5. Intellectual property

• Your photos: You retain full ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for generating your storybook.
• AI-generated illustrations:The illustrations in your book are generated by AI (Google Gemini). You own your copy of the printed book and may share, gift, or display it however you like. We retain no exclusive rights to your book’s illustrations.
• Story text: Template story text is written by TinyTalers. Custom story text is expanded from your idea by AI. You may use the text in your printed book freely.
• TinyTalers brand:The TinyTalers name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. Please don’t copy them.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TinyTalers to:

• Upload photos of people without their (or their guardian’s) consent.
• Generate content that is harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.
• Abuse the free preview system (e.g., automated bulk requests).

We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe these terms are being violated.

7. Limitation of liability

TinyTalers is provided “as is”. While we do our best to deliver a beautiful product, we cannot guarantee that:

• AI-generated illustrations will be a perfect likeness of your child.
• The service will be available at all times without interruption.
• Printed colors will exactly match what you see on screen (monitor calibration varies).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinyTalers’ total liability for any claim related to our service is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
